In 2016, Empoway was established after two years of global awareness on non-formal education and human rights, with the belief that education is the key to an inclusive and just society.

Since 2020, Empoway has been recognised as an independent nonprofit organisation and primarily operates as a training centre focused on lifelong learning and social change. Inclusion and diversity are the pillars of our educational movement.

We believe in the power of collaboration: our trainers and partners join forces to inspire others to stand up for their beliefs and actively contribute to positive change.
